This project involved creating a four-page magazine spread that explored and visually communicated the various aspects of an American subculture. I chose the hipster subculture for its popularity, irony, and distinct visual identity. The opportunities for satire were both evident and endless, so I leaned into the humor, aiming to poke some good clean fun at hipster culture in an intentionally exaggerated way.
