The Jed Foundation, dedicated to protecting mental health for teens and young adults, conducted a study on the “state of flow”—a mental state of intense focus and productivity. Their research found that taking breaks from work to play a creative mobile game could help young adults maintain this state. The game needed to be engaging, challenging, and fun. My task was to design that game. I created a dynamic color-based app focused on exercising and improving color vision.
